Use of www.greatlittleparties.co.uk ("this website") and all orders placed thereon are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

The contents of this website including images, text, logos, software and sourcecode are the property of Great Little Parties Limited ("GLP") or its content or software suppliers and are protected by United Kingdom and International intellectual property laws, including copyright laws. All rights reserved.
2. PRODUCTS
Whilst every effort has been made to describe and display items as accurately as possible, variations in size, colour or appearance may occur.
We reserve the right to withdraw any items from this website at any time.
3. PRICES
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted on this website are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate.
Prices of products displayed on this website are subject to change from time to time.
4. ORDERS
All orders made via the website are subject to acceptance by Great Little Parties Limited ("GLP").
5. RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, we will provide you with a full refund or a replacement product if you prefer at your request.
To request a refund or a replacement, please return the item unused in its original condition and in its original packaging together with your request and contact details to the address set out below within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6. CANCELLATION
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, all customers of Great Little Parties have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the date the order is placed or within 7 days of the date that the goods are received (whichever is the later).
Any customer who wishes to cancel an order should notify us as soon as possible using the contact details set out below. Where goods have been despatched, all products should be returned unused and in their original packaging together with customer contact details and the original order number. Once all goods have been received by us, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.
7. CLAIMS FOR NON-DELIVERY
Any claims for non-delivery of products must be received by Great Little Parties within 28 days of the date the order is placed.
8. PRODUCT SAFETY
GLP cannot accept liability for failure to comply with instructions or warnings specifically stated on this website or on product packaging. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this statement.
GLP 's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by GLP to the customer.
GLP shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and all transactions entered into with Great Little Parties Limited shall be governed by English law.
10. UPDATES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time. Use of this website confers your acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions as displayed on this page.
