Online Payment Security
Great Little Parties.co.uk is a secure shopping environment. All online credit and debit card transactions are securely processed on our behalf by WorldPay (a division of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group) using the latest secure server technology.
When you choose to make an online payment at greatlittleparties.co.uk you will be automatically transferred to our payment pages within the WorldPay secure server environment. All payment details are then encrypted and processed on our behalf by WorldPay.
The secure server environment will be evident to you by the appearance of a padlock image in your browser status bar at the bottom of the screen and the letters 'https' at the beginning of the website address in the browser window.
WorldPay provides us with confirmation that your payment has been processed and does not disclose any of the credit or debit card details to us. Payment details provided in this way cannot be accessed or read by any third party and we guarantee that no customer has ever reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of any online transaction with Great Little Parties. |
Offline Payment Options
For customers who would like an alternative means of payment, we offer the following options:
1. Telephone - credit or debit card details may be provided by telephone to our telesales team on 01908 266 080. Customers are advised that credit card details should not be given when calling from mobile or cordless telephones as it is possible for such transmissions to be monitored.
2. Fax - payment details can be faxed to us on 01908 260 268.
3. Post - credit and debit card details or cheques drawn on UK clearing banks may be posted to us at Great Little Parties, 20 Burners Lane, Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes, MK11 3HB. Customers should note that all cheque payments are required to clear before goods can be despatched.
Customers are welcome to place orders with us via email (to 'sales@greatlittleparties.co.uk'). However, we recommend that credit or debit card details are NOT transmitted via email as this method does not utilise data encryption technology and security cannot therefore be guaranteed.
Credit or debit card details provided to us using any of the above 'offline' methods are destroyed once the payment for your order has been processed. | |
