Returns Policy
We are sure that you will be delighted with all products supplied by Great Little Parties. However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any item you purchase from us, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund or a replacement product if you prefer.
To request a refund or a replacement, please return the item unused in its original packaging together with your request and contact details to the address set out below within 14 days of receiving the goods. |
Right of Cancellation
In accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, all customers of Great Little Parties have the right to cancel any order within 7 days of the date the order is placed or within 7 days of the date that the goods are received (whichever is the later).
Any customer who wishes to cancel an order should notify us as soon as possible using the contact details set out below. Where goods have been despatched, all products should be returned unused and in their original packaging together with customer contact details and the original order number. Once all goods have been received by us, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. |
