General Product Safety
Certain products supplied by Great Little Parties contain small parts and are not considered suitable for children under the age of 3 years. All warnings on product packaging should therefore be read and complied with and product packaging should be retained for future reference. |
Toys
All toys supplied by Great Little Parties comply with EC Toy Safety Regulations and, where appropriate, carry the CE mark. |
Balloons
Adult supervision is required when inflating balloons. Uninflated or broken balloons have the potential to cause choking or suffocation particularly in relation to children under the age of 8. Uninflated balloons should be kept out of reach of children and broken balloons should be discarded at once. |
Helium Gas Cylinders
Helium balloon gas cylinders should be kept out of reach of children and operated only under direct adult supervision. Helium balloon gas should never be directly inhaled as it is an asphyxiant. Cylinders should be secured during transit and kept out of direct sunlight. |
Candles
To prevent fire: Keep burning candles within sight. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Make sure candles are completely extinguished before discarding. Keep candles, matches and lighters out of reach of children and pets. Candles should only be used under adult supervision. Avoid carrying a birthday cake with burning candles. |
Party Poppers
Party Poppers must be kept away from eyes and must not be dismantled. Party Poppers must be used only under the supervision of a responsible adult. To use party poppers, point base away from face and other people and pull string, the party popper will then eject streamers with a bang.
