Ordering Online
Ordering online is simple and secure at greatlittleparties.co.uk. To place an order, simply follow the step by step instructions set out below. Once you've chosen your theme, click on the image to view the full range of products available for that party. |
 | Once you enter the section for your chosen party, scroll down to view the full range of products available.
To compile your order, simply type the number of each product you require in the quantity boxes as you scroll down the page and then click once on the 'Add Items to Party Order' button to add your whole selection to your basket in one click.
You can then visit other sections of the website to add items from other themes should you wish, or alternatively complete the processing of your order as follows... |
 | Once you've completed your selection you can review and edit your order by clicking on the 'View order' button in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
When your order is complete you should click on the 'Go To Checkout' button to provide delivery address and payment details so that we can fulfill your order.
Most customers use our secure online credit card payment option which is managed by WorldPay (a division of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group). For details of the secure shopping environment please click on the 'Security' button in the navigation bar at the top of the page. For customers who would like an alternative means of payment, we offer a range of options which are outlined below. |
Ordering by Phone
Our telesales team may be contacted on 01908 266 080 and are currently available from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, you may leave a recorded message and the telesales team will return your call or action your message as soon as possible.
Customers are advised that credit card details should not be given when calling from mobile or cordless telephones as it is possible for such transmissions to be monitored. |
Ordering by Post
To order by post simply complete your order on screen, print your completed order form and send it to us with payment to the following address:

Once your order is received, we will issue you with an order confirmation via email and process your order in the normal way.
We are able to accept payments by cheque where the cheque is in Sterling and drawn on a UK clearing bank. However, customers should note that all payments made by cheque are required to clear before orders can be despatched. |
Ordering by Fax
Orders may be place by fax on 01908 260 268.
Customers may provide credit or debit card details on the fax or alternatively telephone the sales team with the payment details for the order. |
Ordering by Email
If you would like to order by email please forward details of your request to 'sales@greatlittleparties.co.uk'.
We recommend that credit or debit card details are NOT transmitted via email as this method does not utilise data encryption technology and security cannot therefore be guaranteed. Payment details should therefore be provided via an alternative method.
